The true blessing I’ve received from Ayurveda and Somatics is that I’m no longer chasing symptoms. When something comes up, I don’t rush to schedule an appointment with a practitioner. I don’t start cutting all the possible culprits out of my diet. I don’t start taking 5 new supplements.Â
